Vermont

Killington, Woodstock, and Quechee the week of Christmas was nothing short of a winter wonderland. The peak of Killington is pure white. I’ve never seen anything like that before. When I got back to the hotel, I flipped through some of the photos on my camera and, for a second, I thought I had accidentally shot them in black and white. That’s just how snow-covered the landscape was. Matt and I talked, and agreed that we’ll take mountains over a beach any day. We also agreed that even though it looks ridiculous, Evie really does need booties to protect her paws from snow and salt.
